Where do you ship from, and with which courier?
Every flag is produced and shipped from our workshop in Slovenia, in the European Union, with UPS. When your order ships you receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.
The parcel carries the sender name Italiana Bandiere with the address of the workshop in Šentjanž pri Dravogradu, Slovenia.
Since it travels inside the European Union, there is no customs to clear and nothing to pay on delivery.
The page of your order, under Orders in My account, shows the steps of your order up to the promised day; the shipping email carries the UPS tracking number, so you can follow the parcel.
The limit, said plainlyWe do not ship from Italy. Italiana Bandiere is the name of the shop. The company that makes and ships the flags is Tris in Tris d.o.o., in Slovenia.
