Can I reorder a flag I bought before, identical?
Yes. Open the old order in My account and press the reorder button: the product page opens configured as you ordered it, you check it and add it to the basket. For a personalized flag, pick your old artwork from the gallery — it goes straight to production, nothing to approve.
The reorder takes you through the product page on purpose: prices, sizes or options may have changed since, and you see exactly what you are adding to the basket.

We keep the whole history of each job — the approved file, the materials used, the earlier drafts — for at least ten years; in practice we still hold files from fifteen years ago. So when the product page asks for your file, choose Reorder: the gallery shows the previews of the files you produced in the past for that product, you pick one and complete the purchase as usual.
Once paid, the order behaves like a catalogue flag: the file was already approved by you and by us, so it goes to production without a single step in between.
